Accessing and Downloading Learner Evidence

Viewing Evidence in the Evidence Folder:

To access a Learner's evidence folder, you will need to navigate to the individual Learner's profile via the Users tab. In the Learner's evidence folder, you can see the documents, files, or artefacts they have uploaded as evidence of their learning and progress. Click on the download icon to download the files and review.

Downloading Learner Evidence:

If you need to download a Learner's evidence for further review or assessment, simply click on the download icon or select the appropriate download option provided. This will allow you to save the evidence to your local device for offline viewing or sharing.

Remember, as a coach, your role is to provide guidance, support, and feedback to help Learners succeed in their Learning Journeys. By accessing Learners and their evidence, monitoring their progress, and providing valuable insights, you contribute to their growth and development
