Adding Phases and Modules to a Learning Journey

Created your Learning Journey from scratch and need to add Phases and Modules to structure your content? Read our how-to guide below:

Once you've created your Learning Journey, it's time to start adding phases.

Phases are a way to break up your Learning Journey into manageable sections or to separate the content per module of a particular qualification. To add a phase:

  • Click on the "Add a New Phase" button.

  • From here, you can name your phase and add a description.

Next, add modules to your phase. Modules are where you'll add the content for your learners to engage with. You can add multiple modules to each phase. To add a module:

  • Click on the "Add a New Module" button. From here, you can name your module and add a description.

  • Choose what type of content you want to add to your module, such as reading materials, interactive presentations, templates, videos, tasks, and learning guides.
