Adding users with a code/a pre-assigned Learning Journey?

Another way to add users is through the use of the code generation feature. This is a quick and easy way to add multiple users at once. To use this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your organisation’s logo on the top left corner of your screen, this will bring you to your organisation profile.

  2. Click on the "Generate Code" button.

  3. Name the code, and select the Learning Journeys you would assign to the users who will use that code to sign up to OpX. The selected Learning Journeys will be set-up and ready for those users upon logging in.

  4. Click "Save" to create the codes.

  5. Once saved, a code will be generated. Select “Copy Code” to copy the code to your clipboard.

  6. Paste and share the codes with the new users, who can then use them to create their accounts on the platform.

By following these simple steps, you can add new users to your OpX platform and give them access to the learning journeys and Projects they need to succeed.

Inviting users to the platform through a code is a great way to get a large number of users set up and ready to get started with their OpX Learning Journeys. This feature could also be used if you would prefer to have users complete their Learning Journeys in clearly defined cohorts.
