Managing Projects effectively involves the ability to make necessary changes and updates along the way. On the OpX platform, you have the flexibility to modify Project details, adjust team members, and refine objectives. Here's a step-by-step guide to editing and updating Projects:
Modifying Project Details and Objectives:
To modify Project details and objectives, follow these steps:

Access the Project you want to edit and click on "Options."

Select "Edit Live Project" to make changes to the Project's name, topic, description, or any other details.

Review and update the objectives to align with the evolving needs and goals of the Project.

Click "Save and publish" to save your changes and ensure that the Project's information is up to date.
Adjusting Phases and Milestones:
Projects are often structured into phases and milestones. To adjust these elements, proceed as follows:
You do not need to be in Edit Mode to update Project dates. To edit any Project dates, navigate to the "Options" menu, and select "Edit Project Dates" from the dropdown menu.
- Within the Project, click on "Options" and select "Edit Live Project"

Add or remove phases as necessary to reflect the Project's timeline and scope.

Edit the descriptions of each phase to provide clear guidance and direction.

Adding or Removing Team Members:

Click on "Assign Team Members" within the Project.

Add new team members by clicking on their names, ensuring they have the necessary permissions.

To remove team members, click on their names again to remove them from the Project.

Click "Save" to update the team members associated with the Project.
