Forgotten your OpX password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on the ‘I have forgotten my password’ link.

On the new page that will have opened, please enter the email address associated with your OpX account.

If we have your address stored with us, you will receive an email from us prompting you to reset.

Go to your email and click on the ‘Reset your Email’ link.

On the new tab enter a new password twice making sure that your new password meets our requirements, as listed below:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase character,

  • At least one lowercase character

  • At least one special character.

Once you are finished, agree to the terms and conditions and click save. You will receive an email with a link to direct you to the password reset page shortly after.

Please refrain from sending multiple password reset emails, as each request for a password reset will invalidate any other previous reset links sent via email.
