Projects on the OpX require effective management to ensure successful outcomes. Here are key aspects of managing Projects to help you track progress, address challenges, and promote collaboration within the Project team:

Tracking Progress and Milestones

Regularly monitor the progress of your Project by tracking milestones and phases. Use the platform's tools to upload the documents required for each phase, including key outputs and checkpoint questions. This allows you to gauge progress and identify any areas that may require attention or additional support.

Tracking Benefit and Weekly Reporting

Evaluate the impact of your Project by monitoring benefits and capturing weekly reports. Utilize the reporting section to document the financial status, progress made since the last update, risks and issues, as well as next steps. This enables you to assess the effectiveness of your Project and make informed decisions to maximize its benefits.

For the weekly reports:

1. Click on the 'Plus' Icon to 'Add a new report and archive the old one'
2. Click on the 'Pencil' Icon to 'Edit the Current report'
3. Click on the 'Clock' Icon to 'Open reports history'

For the Benefit Tracker:

Click the 'Pencil' Icon outside of the commentary box to 'Edit Benefit Tracker'. You can edit the currency, the money, add commentary, and upload files to explain how you arrived at the figures shown.

Monitoring Key Outputs and Deliverables

Ensure that all key outputs and deliverables are being met within the specified timelines. Regularly review and update the status of each key output, and upload any required documents or files to demonstrate completion. This helps in maintaining accountability and staying on track with the Project's objectives.

Use the platform's tools to document and track risks, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
