Publishing your new Learning Journey

Saving and Publishing a Learning Journey

Once you've added your phases and modules, you're ready to save and publish your Learning Journey. Once you are ready to publish your Learning Journey:

  • Click on "Options" at the top of the page

  • Select the "Submit for Approval".

  • Choose whether or not you need someone to review your Learning Journey before it's published. If you do need a review, select a subject matter expert from the dropdown. If you don't need a review, select "No Approval Needed."

  • Once your Learning Journey is approved, it will be added to the library and will be updated to "Approved" status.

  • Create a live Learning Journey by clicking on the "Create Live LJ" button.

From here, you can add coaches and learners to your Learning Journey. Don't forget to assign a coach to each learner.
