Removing Learners and Coaches from a Learning Journey

Need to remove a Learner or Coach from a Learning Journey? Read our how-to guide below:

Once a Learning Journey is ready to be published, or if you already have a cohort in mind, it's time to begin assigning Learners to your new or existing Learning Journey. To assign learners, please see below:

  1. In Admin mode, Navigate to the Learning Journey you would like to remove Learners or Coaches from.

  2. Click into the Learning Journey, and select "Add Learners" or "Add Coaches" as appropriate from the Options menu towards the top right of the screen.

  3. Select the users you would like to be removed from your Learning Journey from the user table.

To quickly find a specific user, you can sort names and email addresses alphabetically by selecting the arrows next to the column titles, or you can use the search bar to find specific names/email addresses.

  1. When you have selected all of the users you would like to remove, click “Submit”.

  2. Review the users you have removed, if further changes need to be made, select ‘Back’ to return to the selection table. To abandon the action, select ‘Discard’.

  3. To finishf removing the users, select ‘Confirm’.

  4. You can review the action and it’s progress by visiting the Processes tab that can be found on the top navigation bar.
