Reports & Analytics
The reports and analytics feature on the OpX platform provides valuable insights and data to help you monitor user activity, track Project progress, and measure key performance indicators. Accessing these reports is easy and can be done within the admin view. This article will guide you through the process of accessing the reports and analytics section on the OpX platform.
Navigate to the Organization Profile:
Start by logging into your OpX account and accessing the admin view.
Once you're in the admin view, look for the organisation logo at the top of the screen.
Access the Reports and Analytics:
Click on the organisation logo to open your Organization Profile and locate the dropdown menu next to your Organization name.
In the dropdown menu, locate and select the "Generate Report" option. This will take you to the Reports and Analytics section.
Explore the Reports:
Within the Reports and Analytics section, you'll find a variety of reports and data visualisations to choose from.
Take some time to explore the available reports and familiarise yourself with the different metrics and data they provide.
Remember that the Reports and Analytics section provides a powerful tool to understand the performance and impact of your Projects and user engagement on the OpX platform.
