Restoring a Deleted User

Need to restore a deleted user? See our how-to guide below:

  1. To restore a deleted user, start by navigating to the Users tab.

  2. Then, locate the deleted user you wish to restore by clicking on the "Deleted Users" tab at the top of the user table.

  3. Once you have found the user, simply select the "Restore" option.

By doing this, the user will be restored and will regain access to the platform. Restoring a deleted user is a quick and easy process that allows you to bring back their access and ensure they can continue using the platform seamlessly.

Please Note:

If you have confirmed the deletion by navigating to the Deleted Users tab and also deleting them from there, the user would be unable to be restored.
